Caribbean Praise Radio Lifting Spirits, Changing Lives
Kingston, Jamaica — In the vibrant neighborhood of Olympic Gardens, a quiet yet powerful story is unfolding. Dakari Everton Richards, a three-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is unable to speak—but his spirit speaks volumes.
Diagnosed with ASD after missing critical developmental milestones, Dakari’s journey has been marked by silent resilience and the unwavering love of his mother, Mrs. Kenecha Richards. Raising four children alone and currently unemployed, Mrs. Richards has fought tirelessly to secure the specialized therapy her son needs at McCam School—a leading institution for children with developmental challenges.
The cost of therapy and tuition totals $600,000 JMD annually (approximately $4,000 USD), a sum far beyond the family’s reach. But hope is rising.
GL365 Network, a faith-based media organization, has launched a donation campaign to rally support for Dakari’s care.
The funds will cover:
“This is more than a fundraiser—it’s a call to compassion,” says Dr. D. Roy Bramwell, CEO of GL365 Media Inc. “We believe in Dakari’s potential, and we believe in the power of community to help him thrive.”
🙏🏽 Be the voice behind his silence. Help Dakari find his words, his joy, and his future.
